Ciao a tutti! sono Consuelo e dopo lungo tempo mi sono decisa ad aprire un blog, un piccolo blog di cucina che spero, anche grazie al vostro contributo, diventerà una tappa giornaliera per tutti coloro che come me amano il buon cibo e cucinare lol. Incomincerò a postare ricette munite di foto e spero di poter condividere con voi questa mia grande passione. Mi piace sperimentare, adoro la nostra cucina ovviamente che ritengo sia la migliore al mondo (ahhh la modestia) ma sperimento anche la cinese, giapponse e quella americana visto che il mio Boy è americano.

Hello to everyone! I'm Consuelo and I'm italian. After much contemplation, I have decided to create a blog, that I hope, thanks to your help, will become a daily stage for all those like me that love good food and cooking lol I will begin by posting recipes provided with photos, and I hope to share with you my passion for cooking. I like to experiment. I love italian food, of course lol, but I enjoy experimenting with chinese, japanese and mexican cusine as well. While I have a sweet spot for American cuisine.....It's my first love!!!
