I Love Pizza !!!

Pizza, the Italian dish par excellence!!! Everyone loves pizza, big and small!!  And in every part of the globe!  Who can say no to pizza?  In every moment of the day there is always a good reason to bite into a slice of piping hot pizza.  LOL!
Below I will list how to make a good homemade pizza, authentically Italian, with fresh ingredients!  And if you're lucky and have a wood oven, well, this is the best!  You won't want to go back to Pizza Hut or Domino's once you've had a real, Italian pizza.  Trust me...it is simple!

1 kg and 700 grams of flour
1 liter of warm water
50 g brewer's yeast
50 g salt

Garnish your pizza as you like.  Let your imagination run wild!If you have at a home mixer planet is simply inserted before the water where you're going to melt brewer's yeast, then flour and salt and knead until the dough will is soft and smooth.  Once soft and smooth, remove the dough from the mixer.  If you find it necessary to add more flour, do it slowly and pay attention not to add too much or the dough will be too hard and will be difficult to rise. If you think you can prepare the dough using your hands, this is also an easy option!  Simply put the flour on the table as if you were creating a small mountain.  Create a hole in the center with your hands like a volcano, lol, and in  center gradually add the water with brewer's yeast and salt, allowing it to gradually absorb into the flour until the dough is ready!  Put the dough in a warm place indoors and wait for about 4-5 hours.  After that you're done and ready to make pizza.  To cook your pizza, preheat your oven at a high temperature and prepare your pizza.  Once inside the oven, check your pizza regularly to observe when it's finished baking.  Here is a little tip: when using mozzarella on your pizza, add it to the pizza when it has almost finished cooking.  If you are lucky enough to have a wood stove, there is no need to wait!

Ovviamente per noi italiani la cosa risulterà molto più semplice, anche perchè, almeno io, quando faccio la pizza faccio ad occhio ma i pesi che ho scritto sopra possono essere tranquillamente utilizzati. Quando l'ho impastata in una vera impastatrice per pizza è risultato un ottimo impasto!
